The Aspen tree personifies our essential human nature. 
Every Aspen grove begins with one single tree that develops an extensive underground root system from which 
another Aspen tree takes root and grows. An entire grove of Aspen trees is actually comprised of one singular organism. 

Like the Aspen root system, each employee in your workforce represents the main life force of a much larger organism, with every person connected to a common vision and mission. When performance concerns arise or processes fail, there’s often a systemic cause that's obscured by single points of failure. 
Our System of Being™ gets to the root and nature of existing concerns, forming the path to transformation.
